Even our youngest students are learning that a mezuzah is more than something ...we place on a doorpost; it is a symbol of protection, connection, and Jewish identity.

We launched the SAR Mezuzah Project so that our chayalim feel the strength of Am Yisrael standing with them and ensure that every IDF base has a checked and kosher mezuzah.

Each mezuzah placed is a tangible expression of support — a reminder that they are not alone, and that our community is connected to those defending Medinat Yisrael.

On Sunday, we welcomed our Early Learning Center Grands for a heartwarming ...“Join the Joy” pre-Purim celebration with their ELC grandchildren! Families rotated through interactive activities, designing ra’ashanim, crowns, and masks; conquering a festive Purim obstacle course; and creating hero signs for a special photo shoot. Our ELC ARTS Sparks Team led a lively Purim-themed kumzitz filled with singing and dancing, and everyone enjoyed delicious Purim treats. It was a joyous and memorable day as we embraced the excitement of the upcoming chag together!

In just a few days, our SAR community has sponsored 318 mezuzot for IDF bases across Israel...18% of our goal of 1,734 mezuzot, representing the number of students enrolled at SAR this year.

Between now and Taanit Esther next Monday, we are working to close the gap.
