The best way to begin exploring SAR is by attending one of our prospective parent information sessions.
Attending a session is strongly encouraged. It’s a great way to learn more about our program, hear from some of our administrators, ask questions, and see the school. We offer both in-person information sessions as well as virtual sessions.

Ready to apply? We are excited to welcome you to our SAR online application!

To begin this process you will need to complete our pre-application form. Once you submit the pre-application, you will receive an email with your username and instructions on how to create a password. This email will also have a link to continue filling out the application.

You will have the opportunity to save your application and submit it later when you are ready. To continue working on the application, please login to the portal and select the “manage your candidate’s application” icon. If you do not remember your login information, you can request for it to be reset.

Once the application for admission is submitted, a parent and student meeting is set up. An initial assessment of your child’s developmental skills is made through games and conversation. We value the opportunity to get to know each prospective family through this very personal application process.

For eligibility, please note by September 30, 2024, your child will have turned:

• Age 2 for inclusion in 2 Year Nursery
• Age 3 for inclusion in 3 Year Nursery
• Age 4 for inclusion in 4 Year Nursery
• Age 5 for inclusion in Kindergarten

Application Deadline: Applicants whose applications are completed by December 15, 2023, including the parent and student meeting, will be notified by January 12, 2024 of the school’s decision. Applications received after this date will be considered on a space-available basis.

To start a new application, you will be asked for your username and password that you use to access the Parent Portal. Once in the portal use the icon at the top of the screen to toggle to the Admissions Portal of our online system. There you can click “apply here”.

You will have the opportunity to save your application and submit it later when you are ready. To continue working on the application, please login to the portal and select the “manage your candidate’s application” icon.
