You’re Invited to Wish Elchanan a Mazal Tov!

This upcoming Shabbat, Elchanan, will become a bar mitzvah. His father, Eliyahu, and 8-year-old brother, were seriously wounded by a Hamas-fired rocket on Simchat Torah.
