It’s a wrap…the 2023-24 school year has come to a close and last night we ...bid farewell to the SAR Academy Class of 2024 - celebrating our 8th graders.

Heartfelt remarks, words of Torah as well as the lyrical stylings of DJ Davidi, a rock’n middle school band compilation, boys rikkud (dance) choreography, daglanut performance, and a drum circle entertained proud families and faculty at last night’s graduation.

Mazal tov Class of 2024! We can not wait to see what your bright futures hold!

Israeli ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, joined our schoolwide daily Tefillot... for Israel “On the Steps” today. He thanked our students for coming together and praying for Israel and highlighted the importance of Jewish unity - he asked our students “to remember and preserve this togetherness and unity” because “when we are united - when we are arevim zeh la’zeh (responsible for each other) - we can move mountains.” Members of our faculty and staff also had the privilege of hearing from Ambassador Erdan who helped us better understand the challenges he has faced in his role since the tragic events of October 7th. Thank you, Ambassador Gilad Erdan, for standing strong in the face of adversity.
