After two days of t-shirt launches and nonstop hype, Sting Night finally ...arrived — and it was epic! We began with a heartfelt perek of Tehillim, praying for the safe and immediate return of all hostages. Decked out in senior-designed Sting Night shirts, students and faculty brought the energy to every moment. Let’s Go Sting! #onlyatthehive

We gathered on the steps this morning, joined in tefillah at a time of hopeful ...anticipation. As we continue to pray for the safe return of the hostages and for healing for all, our hearts remain filled with both reflection and optimism for better days.

Together, we celebrated a special milestone with our dear friend Tomer Ades from Kfar Aza, wishing him a virtual mazal tov on the reopening of the Sderot location of his "HaHummus Shel Techina" chain of hummus restaurants. This location had been shuttered since October 7th, and we are excited for Tomer and his dedicated employees! MAZAL TOV @ahummussheltchina!

Rabbi Krauss had the privilege of standing ...alongside interfaith leaders at Mayor Eric Adams’ 2025 State of the City Address, held at the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem. There, he delivered a heartfelt tefillah for peace in NYC, health and safety for its children, and the return of the hostages.

This moment reminds us of the strength of faith communities in shaping a united New York City and the power of collaboration and community as we stand tall and move forward with hope. 🏙️ 💙💙

Last night, we celebrated the 56th Anniversary of SAR, honoring the incredible strength and impact of our community. Our program told the stories of alumni, parents, community members, and faculty—whose lives have been shaped by the values we hold dear.

From teachers who have devoted their careers to building students’ intellectual and spiritual foundations, to alumni who embody Jewish resilience and leadership, the narrative of SAR is one of enduring strength and dedication.

We proudly celebrated beloved teachers Tobie Brandriss and Bob Goodman, who have dedicated decades to nurturing students, as well as alumni who carry SAR’s values into their accomplishments around the world.

Thank you to everyone who made this night so meaningful. Together, we stand tall and move forward! 🎉
