I choose NOT to enroll in the device protection plan.

By selecting the $150 3 year protection plan option through SAR, I understand that I will be responsible for the following repair costs:

$50 for the first repair

$100 for the second repair

$150 for the third repair

Each time your computer needs repair, thereafter the cost will continue to increase by $50. For a full description of what is covered under the plan, please read the Protection Plan Agreement below.

By declining a computer protection plan through SAR, I understand that I will be responsible for all repair costs associated with this device.

iPad Protection Plan Options(Required)

Enroll iPad for 3 years: (June 30, 2021 - August 31, 2024) $125

I choose NOT to enroll in the device protection plan / I do NOT have an iPad from SAR.

By declining an iPad protection plan through SAR, I understand that I will be responsible for all repair costs associated with this device.
